hot cocoa

It is fall.

There is a chill in the air that I am surprisingly welcoming,

being preggo always makes my body temperature a few degrees warmer than usual.

This will be the first year in 7 years where I will watch the seasons change

and welcome in the winter snow.

Fall I like, with the changing leaves, the cooling weather,

the smell of warm and spicy candles,

and of course,

HOT COCOA!

I put on my warm fuzzy hot pink socks and Aaron's cozy oversized sweatshirt,

grab my favorite jean quilt and after making the family 4 mugs of the best

Ghirardelli premium hot cocoa we huddle on the couch as we watch the fire crackle.

It has become a nightly ritual for the family and the kids love to

drink their cocoa and say cheers while they click their mugs together.

We will see what the winter and snow brings...

I have to be honest, I am a little nervous.
