pancakes


Ingredients

1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons light olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

Combine milk, eggs, oil, salt and honey in a blender blend for 5 seconds.
Add wheat flour and baking powder, blend for 5 to 10 seconds or until mixed.

I LOVE BREAKFAST FOOD!!
The kids have been eating it so well lately, I LOVE IT! We usually eat it for lunch or dinner, when the kids wake up in the morning, they need food, NOW! So breakfast usually consists of Oatmeal, Mini Wheats with raspberries, Kix, or Raisin Bran.
A few hours later the kids help me combine all the ingredients into the vita-mix for the pancakes. We cook those up with some scrambled eggs and bacon, top it with some maple syrup and a glass of orange juice and voila you have a scrumptious meal that the kids devour!
