Day 4-A habit that you wish you didn't have

Anger.  
I have a bad habit of being quick to anger.  
When I am put in a situation that frustrates me, even if I realized that anger is coming and tell myself
to deal with the situation calmly,
Shanae-nae bursts out uncontrollably.
After wards I am very frustrated with myself,
realizing I should have dealt with the situation better.
That is something I would LOVE to change about myself.
