Look at those chipmunk cheeks. I am not pregnant, my son is 10 months old, why do I look like this? One month of not working out and eating as much as I when ever I want did the trick. So now I am at a cross roads, do I straighten out my eating and exercise and kick my bootie back into shape or do I sulk in my fatness;)
OK obviously, I want to be happy and feel good about myself and fit nicely into my clothes. SO here we go, back on the road to health.
Lets start today with food. It is time to do better about planning out menu's. When you have a plan of exactly what you are going to eat, it helps eliminate opening up the fridge and just staring into it, wondering what in the world should I fix today, and then end up grabbing something easy or unhealthy.
So here we go, day one.

1/2 cup original quick oats oatmeal cook with milk and add maple syrup

8 oz green smoothie
