in the kitchen wish list

I have been thinking lately about all the important

kitchen appliances I need to have in my

kitchen to survive.

and yes, I said need:)

Probably the #1 most IMPORTANT things in my kitchen

would be a can opener.  And it can not be just any old can opener, 

it has to be top of the line.

You see, can openers and I DO NOT get along,

I have a nice scar on the palm of my right hand to prove it.

SO FOR ME, cost it not an issue, as long as it works like a charm.

Next we will discuss the popcorn popper.  

The kids and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE popcorn.

We have had to settle for microwave popcorn

because I don't own one of these beauties, yet.

Yet, being the key word here.

Soon enough I will and we will enjoy

freshly popped popcorn.

Really, it here anything better?

Stainless steel, non-stick cooking pans.

These lovelies are the only way to go.

You just can't be a pro-chef if you don't have 

the right pots and pans.

Nothing frustrates me more than when my food sticks to my pans,

and nothing makes me happier when I cook with non-stick pans.

Oh, the Bosch.

What a wonderful piece of machinery.

It is my great desire to make homemade wheat bread and rolls.

I just love the smell of fresh bread cooking in the oven.

yummmmmm.

Crock-Pot.

I am going to let you in a little secret, it is kind of embarrassing.

I have never used a crock-pot before. ever.

I want to though.

I know how many scrumptious meals can be made in one of these.

I just need to get one and try them all out.

I actually do own one of these, I use it ALL the time.

AND I LOVE IT.

Sadly every now and then I take if for granted,

 until I use an ordinary blender

and than I run to my Vita-mix and give it a big hug.

I thought it appropriate to have a toaster on my list of 

kitchen appliances because, I LOVE TOAST.

I don't think I could live with out one of these.

In fact the one I was using stopped working and 

I was sure I was going to hyperventilate.

My body started going into hot and cold sweats:)

Not really, but a toaster is a must have in my kitchen.

Well, there you go, if you have had sleepless nights

 trying to figure out what to get me for 

Christmas, now you know.
